Return Policy

Our ultimate goal is to provide you with the finest quality products. However, in case a wrong/unsatisfactory product is shipped out to you, you can reach out to our customer service available 24/7 and file for a return. For the purpose a 5-digit return number shall be assigned to your case.
Please, note that a return request can only be filled within 45 days from the date the products were received.

After receiving the return number, you are to securely repackage the items exactly in the condition you received. The goods packed in the original outer box would be preferred. In case of any damages or marks found on the box, you will be charged a restocking fee of 25%. Goods should be returned in in their original form without any damages. The 5-digit return number should be clearly visible on the outer box. If we came across any confusion with the return number, we would not be able to accept the package.

If customer had paid the money through credit card the on top 25% restocking fee, 3% credit card deduction charges shall apply.
All the return shipping will be charged to the customer.
